The TCI method is a renowned approach to personal colour analysis. It was developed by the Australian-based company True Colour International. Using a sophisticated 12-tone system it delves into the three-dimensional aspects of colour: hue, value and chroma. This method is highly regarded for its accuracy and reliability in identifying harmonious colours for individuals. The tools and resources used in the TCI method are considered some of the most dependable in the industry. TCI calibrated drapes and full spectrum lighting are used during the analysis. The process is systematic and precise. It has been refined and tested for accuracy over time. TCI has established itself as a leader in the field of personal colour analysis because of its thoroughness and precision.

During your session you will have a personalized and educational experience that typically lasts 90(+) minutes. We will begin with a discussion on colour theory and history to provide background knowledge about how colours interact with skin tones. The main part of the session involves draping various colour around your face to observe how they react to your skin, hair and eyes. This process helps to identify the colours that enhance your natural features. We can spend some time swatching your own makeup at the end of the appointment to see how well it harmonizes with your colour palette. You will receive a swatch book that contains 65+ of your best colours. This serves as a personalized guide for selecting clothing, makeup and accessories that go best with your unique colouring. Printed resources and post analysis email check-ins are also included.

While photos can convey a lot of information, they do not capture the complete picture. Factors such as white balance, auto-correction, shadows, poor lighting, backgrounds and filters can significantly impact visual outcomes, leading to

inaccuracies in colour assessment. I prioritize in-person colour analysis as it ensures the most accurate and reliable results. The ability to see your natural colouring in real-time, under controlled lighting conditions, allows for a precise evaluation of

how colours interact with your skin tone, hair color and eye colour. This hands-on
